Ajo / Garlic

Sal / Salt 

Orégano / Oregano

Pasta de tomate / Tomato paste 

Cebolla blanca / White onion

Pimienta negra / Black pepper

Consomé de pollo / Chicken bouillon

Aserrín de queso de La Ricura / La Ricura’s Greated Cheese 


Cocinar los espaguetis a fuego alto y sal al gusto, reservar para más tarde. Picar el chile verde, el cilantro, tomate, apio y la cebolla en pedazos pequeños. Picar el ajo en trozos muy pequeños. Derretir la mantequilla para sofreír la cebolla y el ajo al gusto, cuando esté ligeramente cocida añadir los cortes de chile verde, apio, tomate y sofreír. Añadir la pasta de tomate a la sartén y mezclar con los ingredientes fritos, agregar crema de La Ricura y mezclar uniformemente. Agregar consomé de pollo, pimienta negra al gusto, luego añadir el orégano y el cilantro. Por último mezclar el espagueti con la salsa y para servir rociar con Aserrín de queso de La Ricura.


Cook the spaghetti over high heat and salt to taste, reserve for later. Chop the Green pepper, cilantro, tomato, celery and onion into small pieces. Chop the garlic into very small pieces. Melt the butter to sauté the onion and grlic to taste. When it is lightly cooked add the cuts of green pepper, celery, tomato, sauté. Add the tomato paste to the pan and mix with the sutéed ingredients and La Ricura’s cream and mix evenly. Add chicken bouillon and black pepper to taste and then add the oregano and cilantro. Lastly, mix the spaguetti with the sauce and to serve sprinkle with La Ricura’s Greated cheese.
