Ingredientes:
- 4 tomates grandes
- Cuajada Fresca Salvadoreña
- Pimienta molida
- Aceite de oliva virgen
- Vinagre balsámico
- Albahaca
Preparación:
- Corta el tomate en rebanadas de ½”. Haz lo mismo con el Cuajada Fresca Salvadoreña
- Coloca el tomate y el queso en el plato de servir alternando las rebanadas de tomate y de queso. Después, coloca una hoja de albahaca detrás de cada pedazo de queso y tomate.
- Finalmente, agrega la pimienta molida y rocía el aceite y vinagre sobre la ensalada.
